Policies


PROCESSING: 

As most items in our store are "made to order" - our current processing time is 1-2 weeks from when the order is placed. Please be patient with us as we do our best to get out orders as timely as possible! If you're interested in speeding up the processing time, view our "RUSH MY ORDER" listed product and add that item to your cart. Additionally, we recommend choosing priority shipping to speed up the shipping process as well. 

NORMAL PROCESSING TIME: 1-2 weeks 

"RUSH MY ORDER" PROCESSING TIME: 3-5 business days 

SHIPPING 

When selecting your USPS shipping option, first class and priority shipping are the available options. If you need your items timely, please choose priority shipping with the understanding that this option only speeds up the shipping time, the processing time remains the same. Once the item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

FIRST CLASS: (2-6 business days)

PRIORITY SHIPPING: (1-3 business days) 

AbbsolutelyAbby is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages once USPS is in possession of your items, although we are more than happy to guide you to get assistance in this. Please contact your local post office, and/or visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm to file a claim. 

If your package is returned to the sender due to an invalid address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment fee to the new corrected address.  

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Refunds/exchanges are not accepted. If your product arrives damaged/defective, please notify us via email (abby@abbsolutelyabby.com) of the damage within 5 days of delivery.  

While our tumblers are made to a high quality, please be extra careful when handling the products, especially when filled with fluids. AbbsolutelyAbby is not responsible for replacing dropped/cracked tumblers once in the buyer's possession.
